POST MEETING LUNCHEON: Luncheon immediately following for those who wish to pre-pay and attend, $35.00 pp, cash bar.
Holiday All-Club Meeting Menu
Starter: Holiday Honeycrisp Salad - Baby Spinach, Honeycrisp apples, Toasted Pecans, Dried Cranberries, Blue Cheese & Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Entrée: 1) Stuffed Roasted Chicken Breast with Grilled Vegetables, Boursin Cheese, and Chicken Jus with Rice & Seasonal Vegetable Medley OR 2) Vegetarian: Penne Pasta Pommodoro (can be Vegan) Fresh Diced Plum Tomatoes, Garlic, Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Topped with Grana Padano Parmesan Cheese (Gluten Free option available)
Dessert: Peppermint Ice Cream with assorted holiday cookies (1 platter per table)
